What is your shipping policy?

New Genré ships products domestically via USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, and an additional 2-4 business days for domestic shipping. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Do you restock inventory?

On occasion, some items will be restocked. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item is not available at the time you are on the site.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order garments are garments that will be available in the near future, but are currently available for purchase. Purchasing a pre-order guarantees that you will receive the garment at the time of release. Some pre-order items may only exist for a pre-order time period and then disappear. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipping on pre-order items.

What is Made-to-order?

Some garments are made to order, meaning that they are not currently in stock. Instead, they are specially made once you place the order. These garments have varying time periods for production and shipping. Refer to the product’s description for more information prior to purchasing.
